About The Master Plan
St. Helena has 10 parks, several pathways, and indoor spaces including the Redwood Room and the Carnegie Building. Through the Community Services Department, St. Helena offers a variety of recreation programs and activities, including youth and adult sports, afterschool and educational programs, and camps, as well as special events such as the 4th of July and St. Helena Hometown Harvest Festival.
ā
The Parks, Recreation & Trails Master Plan will provide a roadmap for ensuring equitable and financially viable access to quality parks and open space, recreation and community facilities, and programs throughout the community now and into the future. The Master Plan will serve as a guiding document for the comprehensive park system, community facilities and related infrastructure, maintenance standards, service delivery, and program planning for the next decade-plus.

The City has contracted with BluePoint Planning to help the City develop the Master Plan.

Project Timeline
